Sea Cliff Remodel

The extensive remodel of this early-1900's residence in the Seacliff District of San Francisco transformed this once dark home into a bright and spacious living space. The goal of this project was to integrate contemporary elements into the existing traditional details of the home. Our team of skilled craftsmen removed selected walls throughout the entire house to open existing rooms and modernize the floor plan. We designed and built custom cabinets for both the kitchen and bathrooms to complement the tile/stone designs, plumbing fixtures, and professional grade appliances. Energy efficiency was improved by adding blown-in insulation, installing new windows and creating a passive ventilation system with remote operated top floor skylights.
