This unique 1970's home in San Francisco is situated on a doublewide lot and adjacent to green hillside easement. Jon Peterson of Design Conspiracy, drew a plan for extensive exterior and interior renovations to establish a clear, cohesive and current architectural style. Exterior geometric forms are clarified through delineation of materials, textures and colors. Common elements around windows and doors are intended to unify and establish a modern vernacular for the interior. New windows along the west wall provide natural light and private views to adjacent green space. New tiered and landscaped deck areas invite flow from the informal dining area and kitchen to the exterior.
